they send us a message or inquiry and when they have subscribed to our mailing

Vortex for statistics use, tracking purposes and communication only. The emails
being collected from the mailing list will only be used by Logic Vortex to send
regular newsletters, promotions and tips to subscribed and verified email addresses
and are not shared or sold to other websites or company. Emails collected from
online inquiries are only used by Logic Vortex to communicate with the sending
visitor and are not automatically subscribed in our mailing list unless requested
and verified.

Logic Vortex provides the visitors the right to opt out from their subscription
to the mailing list if they are no longer interested to receive updates.
Together with the email verification message and every message we sent the
mailing list subscribers, we included a link there with an option to unsubscribe
or to opt out their email from our mailing list. By clicking or choosing
to unsubscribe from the mailing list, our system will automatically cancel
your existing subscription and set your email address to inactive and will
still be stored in our database for future re-subscription.

Visitors may send us a message through the contact
form concerning their information collected online. Messages sent will immediately
be replied by Logic Vortex to clarify things and do the request if possible.
Protection of information collected
Information collected from the visitors can only be accessed by the administrator
of the website and our staffs through a secured private control panel and is
kept in a password protected database that can be accessed locally only. Information
collected is not available for public view and utility.
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
